Tasting Notes

Deep, floral dark cherry and black pepper begin this journey. Boysenberry, cedar and allspice burst onto the scene while sage/anise mix it up. The blend of 89% Zin and 11% Sangiovese finishes long and juicy with fresh raspberry jam and fine black pepper.
