This wine hails from a linage of delicious dessert wines. Intense black pepper and ripe blackfruit aromas burst out of the glass. Sweet wild blackberry and more pepper hang out on the mid while the finish is juicy and clean... begging for the next sip.
Fermented mostly in 3/4 ton open top fermentors then pressed off and finished in stainless tank. A small bag of oak chis were steeped in tank for 1 month during cold stabilization.
