Grown on the Estate, we harvest paltry amounts of olives each season to make a few hundred bottles. (yes, bottles not cases). Using traditional old-school methods of pressing and extracting the oil, we offer a bright, spicy, green oil. Like our Estate Zin, it's peppery yet savory leaving a beautifully flavorful finish.
