Rose of Sangiovese 2018
Ripe summer strawberry and a lightly fine-peppered watermelon start the show. Full Malo ferment softened the mouthfeel and rounded out the finish with more big red fruit
Picked, crushed to tank set to 55 degrees and cold soaked for 6 hours then pressed off skins to tank for long, slow 15 day ferment. The wine was fermented dry and full malolactic fermentation.
