Special Event InformationThank you for considering Harvest Moon Estate & Winery... an elegant surprise located in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Family-owned since 1976 and nestled amongst the vines, our outdoor facility offers a unique “Estate Experience” with several areas suitable for small weddings, rehearsal dinners, celebrations, luncheons & dinners or corporate events. Our efficient staff can coordinate and manage your event quickly while graciously accommodating your last minute requests and changes. Upon request, our winemaker will share with your guests our farming practices, provide a tour of our vineyards, and educate them on how to evaluate and taste wine. WeddingsWe are currently accepting reservations to host your special day at our Estate. Our capacity is between 80-100 guests with a 100-guest count on the maximum side. Please contact Susan Dusterhoft, our Event Coordinator, at 707-573-8711 for available dates. Rates: We currently charge a site fee of $2,000.00 for 2009 weddings ( increasing to $4,000.00 for all 2010 weddings) * for a 4-hour rental. Overtime is available for $250.00 or $500.00 past midnight. Buffet Dinner: $195.00/person plus tax and tip. Includes: dinner selection, rentals (tables, chairs, linens and tableware), limited table décor, set up, clean up, property prep, staffing, wine/beer, non-alcoholic beverage and the use of a changing room. Sit Down Dinner: $250.00/ person plus tax and tip. Includes: dinner selection, rentals (tables, chairs, linens and tableware), limited table décor, set up, clean up, property prep, staffing, wine/beer, non-alcoholic beverage and the use of a changing room. We work closely with our caterers to provide a menu to compliment your wedding. However, if you wish to use your own caterer we would be happy to meet with them. Please inquire as to the amended per person fee if you wish to use your own caterer. Additional fees apply for a cocktail reception to include hors d’oeuvres, wine/beer/non alcoholic beverage and staffing. We are unable to serve hard alcohol at this time. Not included in the price per person but available for an extra fee are chair upgrades, chair covers, table décor upgrade, aisle runners, arbor, dance floor, lighting, PA system, additional restrooms if required, wedding cake, bridal party flowers, music and photography. Harvest Moon Estate & Winery is an outdoor facility. Additional fees are applicable for tent rental. Event Deposit: A 50% deposit and a signed contract will secure your date with the site. The deposit is partially refundable if a cancellation is incurred. Please inquire for the cancellation policy. The balance is due and payable 60 days prior to the event. Loss/Damage & Incidental Deposit: A security deposit is due 60 days prior to the event to cover any loss/damage and additional expenses that may be incurred. Applicable refunds will be returned to you within 30 days of the event. A one-day certificate of liability insurance is also required and can be obtain thru your homeowner’s policy. If you need assistance in obtaining this, we can provide you with additional information. (*Subject to increase during peak seasons.) Please note that all pricing is subject to change. Our property features a Covered Patio, French-themed Outdoor Kitchen, Outdoor Bread Oven and Courtyard, Easy Vineyard Access and Tours. Rates: A site fee is charged in addition to the cost per person for the style of dinner listed below. Please inquire. Sit Down Dinner: $107.00/person plus tax and tip for alcohol drinkers & $84.00/person plus tax and tip for non-alcohol drinkers.
