Rehearsal & Private DinnersHarvest Moon is pleased to host your rehearsal or private dinner. Our property features a Covered Patio, French-themed Outdoor Kitchen, Outdoor Bread Oven and Courtyard, Easy Vineyard Access and Tours. Our capacity is between 80-100 guests with a 100-guest count on the maximum side. Harvest Moon Estate & Winery is an outdoor facility. Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza AffairWe offer a refreshing and unique approach to the traditional idea of Rehearsal Dinners by hosting a Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza Affair in our outdoor courtyard. Randy Pitts, our winemaker extraordinaire, creates a unique-style flatbread pizza that showcases locally home-grown produce from our Estate gardens. Guests are treated to a show while he throws the dough and cooks the pizza individually in our outdoor wood-burning oven. We add a European touch by connecting all the tables together for a family-style dinner for groups of 50 and under. A more casual setting can be arranged for parties greater than 50. We also provide salad, fruit and wine, or can create a special side dish of your choice. This interactive approach helps to create a more family feel on your special day. Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza Affair: $77.00/person plus tax and tip. Includes: Setup/cleanup, garbage services, staffing, an event coordinator, banquet tables, linen, chair rentals, flatware, plateware, wineglasses, water glasses, food costs and preparation, water, nonalcoholic beverages, wine and beer. Not Included: Site Fee (determined by number of guests, time of year, and day of the week). Bathroom rentals (over 50 people), 1-day Insurance Policy, and shuttle bus (we strongly encourage).
Among the Vines Rehearsal DinnerFor a more traditional touch, we can host a themed-buffet or sit-down plated meal. We have a variety of options and caterers that we can utilize depending on your style, budget, and expectations. Our dinners can be as simple as a picnic in the afternoon or as elegant as a 3-course menu paired with Harvest Moon Estate & Winery wines. If you'd like, our winemaker, Randy, will introduce each wine as they are served. A champagne & hors d'oeuvre reception, and winemaker tours are also available at an additional cost. Buffet Dinner: $93.00/person plus tax and tip. Plated Dinner: $107.00/person plus tax and tip. Includes: Site fee, garbage services, setup/cleanup, staffing an event coordinator, banquet tables, linen, chair rentals, flatware, plateware, wineglasses, water glasses, dinner selection, food costs and preparation, water, nonalcoholic beverages, wine and beer. Not Included: Site Fee (determined by number of guests, time of year, and day of the week). Bathroom rentals (over 50 people), 1-day Insurance Policy, and shuttle bus (we strongly encourage). Additional fees apply for a Sparkling wine reception including hors d’oeuvres, and winemaker tours. Event Deposit: A 50% deposit and a signed contract will secure your date with the site. The deposit is partially refundable if a cancellation is incurred. Please inquire for the cancellation policy. The balance is due and payable 60 days prior to the event. Loss/Damage & Incidental Deposit: A security deposit is due 60 days prior to the event to cover any loss/damage and additional expenses that may be incurred. Applicable refunds will be returned to you within 30 days of the event. A one-day certificate of liability insurance may be required. Please inquire for additional information.
